Yes. Auscraft Furniture is an Australian business based in West Gosford, New South Wales. We are not a drop-shipper or importer. Every table we sell is made in our NSW workshop by our own team. When you contact us, you're talking directly to the people who build your furniture.

Where are the tables made?

All Auscraft picnic tables are made in our West Gosford workshop on the NSW Central Coast. We source Australian hardwood timber and build each table in-house. There is no offshore manufacturing involved in our process.

What timber do you use?

We work exclusively with three Australian hardwood species: Spotted Gum, Ironbark and Merbau. All three are rated under AS 5604 for durability in outdoor applications. Spotted Gum is our most popular species for residential use. Ironbark suits high-traffic commercial environments. Merbau performs well in coastal and high-humidity conditions. We don't use pine or treated softwood.

How long does delivery take?

Lead times depend on current order volume and your delivery location. As a build-to-order workshop, a typical lead time is 3 to 6 weeks from order confirmation, with freight time on top for interstate customers. WA customers should allow additional freight transit time. We'll give you a current lead time estimate when you contact us for a quote.
