Spotted Gum

11,000 N Janka. Excellent UV stability and thermal performance. Close grain, smooth surface. Suited to covered camp outdoor areas and mess hall exteriors. Honey-grey tones.

Merbau

Naturally oily Class 1 species. Tolerates dust and limited maintenance schedules better than other species. Recommended for coastal resource sites (Pilbara ports, offshore base facilities) or high-humidity tropical locations (Qld, NT).
